Ev-cilik, on dört mikro-öykü içeren bir fotoğraf-öykü kitabı...
Gülnur Akgül'ün ilk kitabı Ada Evinde Bir Gece Uyumadan Önce/ Psychogeography küçük kompakt makina ile rötuşlanmadan üretilmiş fotoğraflar ve kısa anlatılardan oluşuyordu. Coğrafya-mekân değişse de aynı atmosfer kendini tekrar arayıp ortaya çıkarıyor ve "gerçeği değiştirme oyunu"nu devam ettiriyordu.
Ev-cilik'de bu oyun devam ediyor, bu defa söz konusu coğafya bir ada, içinde mekânlar değişiyor, anlatıda yine fotoğraflar var ama sözler biraz daha uzamış...

Ev-cilik is a photo-story book containing fourteen micro-stories.
Gülnur Akgül's first book, "A Night Before Sleeping at the Island House/Psychogeograpy," consisted of untouched photographs and short narratives produced with a small compact camera. Even as the geography and setting shifted, the same atmosphere resurfaced, continuing the "game of altering reality."
In Ev-cilik, this game continues; this time, the geography in question is an island, the settings within it shift, and the narrative still features photographs, but the words are a bit longer.
