Holiday takes their readers to a mental journey. The photobook composed of the photos that were shot by Gurkan, who indeed spent all of his summer holidays in his grandparents’ summer house, and the archive photos that he found. The reader is invited to walk through the dark and blurry side of the mind. With the classical photo album presence, the book gives an opportunity to the reader to change the places of photos and reorganise it. The audience grasps the traces of Gurkan’s mind either through the objects in the house or via the colourless look of his grandmother. The interview conducted by Pelin Dervis with Onur Gurkan completes the blanked structure of the book.
