"For me, the diversity of printmaking is amplified by the photogram. Its transformation from a mere practice into a final result dates back to 2016. Unlike the interactive world presented by photography, the photogram is shaped by solitude. It's a form of production that emerges from being alone with myself in the darkroom and encountering myself. Despite this, the photogram still contains a richness brought about by randomness and experimentation. I liken this richness to a journey of introspection. In 2019, with Reinvent, this entire process became a narrative. Each page of Reinvent, which can be examined independently, aims to involve the viewer in the process of rediscovery I experienced by allowing them to discover new forms." (Yalım Ardıç)
